When the report is finished, can I download or print it?
Yes, simply pull up the report and click on the Download or Print buttons.
I’m getting an OOPS error. How can I fix it?
Oops errors are usually caused by a problem with your browser’s cache. Try doing the following:
If you’re using Google Chrome, try using an incognito window.
Clear your cache and cookies.
Try a different computer or mobile device and trying again.
If none of these steps fix the problem, contact our Support Team for assistance.
How can I look at results by status?
From your dashboard, you’ll see some large boxes showing the number of reports in various statuses. Simply click View All in the box to see only the reports in that status.
Alternatively, you can sort your results to view them by status alphabetically. In the first row of your list of reports, simply click on Status.
How can I see the candidate info that was provided?
While viewing a candidate’s background check results, click on the Overview section. We will show you the most important information that was used in the background check, including name, date of birth, and SSN.
