What if I entered my information incorrectly?

If your background check has already started processing or has completed, there is no way to correct the information. We suggest you reach out to the organization that ordered the background check to discuss next steps, including reordering the background check and trying again with the correct information.
However, if you’re still in the candidate portal (where you enter your personal details), you may be able to correct the information depending on which step you’re on in the process.
- Once you get to the Confirm Details page, you’ll have the opportunity to correct any information that is incorrect.
- If you’ve already confirmed your information but have not provided consent, reach out to our Support team to correct the information before continuing.
